At Toppa, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Order Delays

If an order has no tracking information, is still in transit, pending, or has expired beyond the following timeframes, we will offer a refund or reship the product at our expense:

  • 60 days from the original shipping date (excluding the USA and Brazil).
  • 45 days for orders shipped to the USA.
  • 110 days for orders shipped to Brazil.
    Exceptions may apply based on the shipping method and destination.

Delivered Orders

We do not process refunds or replacements if the tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered. If a package was not received, a non-delivery certification from the local post office is required for a refund or replacement.

Damaged Products

If an item arrives damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. To request a refund or replacement, the customer must provide photo or video evidence of the damage, which will be reviewed for approval before processing the refund.

Incorrect or Missing Products

If the wrong product was received, or an item is missing from the order, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Customers must submit photo or video evidence for verification before a refund is issued.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders that are not yet processed and shipped can be fully refunded.
  • Certain orders, such as Print-on-Demand (POD) and pre-order inventory, cannot be canceled after payment.
