- WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
At Toppa, we aim to ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. Some products are made to order, which may take a bit longer during busy periods such as holidays. Feel free to contact us at info@toppanl.nl for more information about specific products. - WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
After shipping, it typically takes 7 to 14 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that in rare cases, such as courier delays, delivery times may be slightly longer. - CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped (usually within 2-3 business days), you will receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to see exactly where your package is. - CAN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS BE CHANGED?
Did you accidentally enter the wrong address? Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at info@toppanl.nl.
Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. Also, make sure someone is available to receive the package or sign for it if required. Toppa is not responsible for packages received by someone other than the intended recipient.
- DELIVERY DELAYS?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected time frame. However, delays can sometimes occur during the shipping process. If your order has not arrived within three business days after the maximum delivery time, please contact us at info@toppanl.nl. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours (on business days) and will be happy to assist you with a solution.
